Minor slip, but under the $5 Friday for this week, there's a Randall's logo. Anyone tried the carne asada product they were offering? Looked good!
And, for those Thrifty fans, 2 cartons for $5. Today only!

Re: Mistake in a Pavilions Ad
The Vons I shop at in Fresno has had a crazy mashup of Vons and Safeway branding inside the stores, with the Albertsons name mentioned in store announcements, and unbranded bags ever since 2020. The Bay Area Safeway stores seem to be much more consistent with solely Safeway branding.

NorCal Safeway does a great job pushing Safeway branding on everything. I never see anything making reference to Vons in the NorCal Stores. Everything says Safeway. I suspect if they get something with incorrect branding they simply do not use it.strbx4674 wrote: ↑September 21st, 2024, 2:27 pm The Vons I shop at in Fresno has had a crazy mashup of Vons and Safeway branding inside the stores, with the Albertsons name mentioned in store announcements, and unbranded bags ever since 2020. The lines get a lot blurrier elsewhere. In the divisions with Albertsons and Safeway, I see things like bags, hand baskets, and uniforms frequently "in the wrong banner's store." Intermountain is even bad about this. In Las Vegas one trip I came home with Safeway, Albertsons, and Vons bags since the AZ warehouse slots separate bags for each banner, also seen name badges and uniforms in the wrong store there. The TX division seems to have figured things out a little better in just putting all logos (Randalls, Tom Thumb, Albertsons) on various things like bags.
